What the spec sheet doesn’t tell you

Windows 11 only. Both tiers list Windows 11 — Windows 10 does not appear on either official listing. If you are still on Windows 10, that is the first thing to resolve, not your graphics card.

A faster GPU will not give you more frames. The game runs at a 60 FPS cap and ties game logic to the framerate, so clearing the recommended tier does not buy you 144 FPS — it buys you headroom to hold 60 without dipping. The CPU mattered more than the GPU at launch. Both official patches so far were largely CPU-side fixes — cutting animation and interface load, and stopping the repeated audio-device checks that caused a once-a-second stutter. If you are near the minimum tier, a weak CPU is the more likely cause of trouble than a weak card. The patch notes archive tracks what each update actually changed.

Storage is a single-source figure. The 27 GB requirement appears on Steam but not on the Epic listing, so treat it as a Steam-listed value rather than a cross-store confirmation. Leave headroom regardless — fighting games accumulate patch data quickly.

Steam Deck and Linux will not run it. Easy Anti-Cheat is not enabled for Proton, so the game is hard-blocked there no matter how far your hardware exceeds these numbers. Dual-booting Windows is the only route.
